Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Lincoln, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with accounts payable, accounting, or finance experience who enjoys working with numbers, managing vendor relationships, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Review and verify invoice details, coding, and approvals
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Process check, ACH, and electronic payments
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to support timely payment processing

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Previous Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is a plus
